Food for Thot!

Inspiration FM had a call discussion about what food is considered to be Nigeria’s national dish. Being multi-ethnic it became apparent to me that most people where simply suggesting their favorite native dishes. Mostly without consideration for other tribe. This completely drove the conversation of course. If I had gotten through I would have went with Jellof rice and fried chicken. Mainly because it is the most widely eaten dish and is the easiest thing to make when your out of the country and homesick. Still Nigeria has many dishes which I will endeavor to bring you on my travels.

    • Sorry it took so long, I don’t actually live in the US but from what I understand you have to go through his agents. I hope that helps.
